We are faced not only with today’s hectic social environment, but we are also coping with our own private, internal landscape. We may be going through the feelings of insecurity, concern, irritation, anger from ever changing and intensifying world events.
At times each of us may find ourselves dealing with the constant roiling of our mind, memories, and reactions from life-patterning, or simply coping with life. Sometimes events in our environment or feelings within us seem uncontrollable; we seem to have no influence over them but, nevertheless, we are affected very deeply by them.

A Life Coach is a guide and an ally who walks beside you, assisting you to access your own natural talents, abilities, and resources and helps you cope up with life with inner bliss and joy. They support and encourage you on your journey. I work with you not only on setting your goal/s, but also the steps you need to take and what needs to be done to achieve results in terms of maintaining healthy relationships, work towards your goals and dealing with anxiety and depression.
Counselling is about self-understanding and personal growth. Changes in our lives, times of transition, the unexpected, can all impact on our well-being. We all want fulfilling lives, but sometimes we feel overwhelmed or confused. Talking things through with a counsellor can assist you in challenging or difficult times.

- frustration, annoyance, grief, depression, feeling vulnerable anxiety, worry, stress, control
- Clearing limiting decisions like not feeling enough, being criticized and chosing wrong relationships
- Clearing internal conflicts and confusion
- Goal setting
